About Kia Maia Care Supports.

A family-run NDIS provider based in Port Augusta. Founded by Naadia. Small team, local reach.

We support a small number of participants well — rather than a lot of people thinly. The kind of NDIS support we’d want for our own family.

“Mā te whakatau ngākau, ka ora ai te tangata”, care that comes from the heart sustains a person.

How we think about the work

Real care, not a checklist.

Three things shape how we work:

Family is part of it. No participant exists separately from the people around them. Their plan reflects that.

Support is done with, not to. The participant has a say. Plans get reviewed. We change things when they’re not working.

We’re here for the long stretch. Support gets better over time as we get to know each other.
