NDIS support that fits real life.

A Port Augusta NDIS provider working with participants, families, and support coordinators. We respond to enquiries within one business day.

How we work

Four things we focus on.

Here’s what we pay attention to — for every participant, every visit.

01

Plans built around the person

We work to the participant’s routine, not a template. Goals, supports, and the way the day actually runs.

02

Clear communication

You won’t be chasing us for an update. Families and coordinators hear from us regularly, and we’re easy to reach when something needs sorting.

03

Cultural respect

Identity, family, and background shape how someone wants to be supported. We ask, we listen, and we adjust.

Steady delivery

Clear notes, agreed rosters, and consistent shifts. So the participant gets the same standard of care every visit.

Who you are

Pick whichever sounds like you.

There are a few different ways people land on this page. Here’s where to start.

For Support Coordinators

A provider who replies, follows through, and tells you when something changes.

Send us a referral and we’ll respond within one business day. Clear handover, agreed roster, and a single point of contact from day one.

For Families

You can ring us. We’ll talk it through with you.

If you’re looking into support for someone you love, you don’t need a plan or paperwork ready first. Start with a conversation.

For You, Exploring NDIS

Don’t know where to begin? That’s fine.

You don’t need a plan or a list of supports ready. Give us a quick call or message and we’ll explain how NDIS support works.

About Kia Maia

A small, local team. Not a chain.

Kia Maia Care Supports is a family-run NDIS provider based in Port Augusta. We support a small number of participants well — rather than a lot of people thinly.

Our team shows up the way we’d want someone to show up for our own family. That means agreed times, consistent workers, and being straight with you when something isn’t working.
