Assistance with Daily Living
Support with the everyday activities that promote independence, from daily routines and personal care to meals and household tasks, done the way the participant likes them done.
“The morning routine. A meal at the right time. Things in their place. The everyday stuff is what we’re here for.”
What a typical visit looks like.
- Personal care, showering, dressing, grooming, with privacy
- Household tasks, laundry, cleaning, tidying up
- Meals, planning, cooking, eating together if that helps
- Daily routines, built around what works for the participant
- Skill development, practising things in real life, not in a classroom
- Confidence-building, small wins, repeated
Anyone who needs steady help during the day.
Whether it’s a short visit to help with the morning, or longer support across the day, we work to the participant’s actual routine.
The plan gets reviewed and adjusted, we don’t lock you into a template.
For families
You’ll know what we did, when we were there, and how it went.
For coordinators
Clear notes, on time, and one point of contact if anything needs sorting.
A few things to know about us.
Same worker, where possible
Consistency matters. We try to keep the same person on the roster.
Your routine, not ours
We learn how things actually run, and fit into that.
Skills in real life
Cooking, getting around, managing the day, practised where it happens.
Family kept informed
You hear from us. You don’t have to chase.
