We collect information directly from you, your nominee or guardian, your support coordinator, NDIS-funded health professionals, or the NDIA where authorised. Our website may collect basic technical information such as IP address and browser type for security and performance purposes only.

  • Plan, deliver, and review NDIS supports
  • Communicate with you, your whānau, and your support coordinator
  • Meet our obligations as a Registered NDIS Provider

We may disclose information to your nominated support coordinator, health professionals, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, or the NDIA where required or authorised. We do not sell or share personal information for marketing purposes.

Your information is stored securely in access-controlled systems. We take reasonable steps to protect against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Records are retained for the period required by law and NDIS practice standards.
